I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that leave them feeling anxious, disconnected, or exhausted.
This may look like anxiety that won’t quiet down, resentment that’s been building quietly, excessive guilt around setting boundaries, or the same arguments that keep repeating.
I also provide therapy to couples who find themselves repeating the same painful cycles.
Therapy is a space to slow things down and look beneath the surface.
I will help you to understand what’s driving patterns and how they have developed over time.
Together, we’ll focus on strengthening communication, increasing awareness, and making practical shifts — all grounded in an affirming, trauma informed, and inclusive approach.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with those who are open to reflection, value honest conversation, and want to better understand their emotional and relational dynamics. You may be thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find yourself overthinking, shutting down, escalating conflict, or carrying resentment that’s hard to talk about.

What To Expect From Therapy
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore emotional responses, relational dynamics, and coping strategies.
Sessions are thoughtful, grounded, and paced to meet you where you are. Some days may focus on insight and understanding. Others may center on practical tools and new ways of communicating or responding. Over time, our work helps you move from reacting on autopilot to making more intentional choices in your relationships and your life.
I work from an affirming, inclusive lens and have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those impacted by systemic stressors, discrimination, and marginalization. I understand that mental health does not exist in a vacuum, and we will consider both personal history and broader social context in our work together.
Booking Details
All sessions are conducted through secure telehealth. I am able to provide services to those anywhere in Arizona.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Quest BH insurances.
Credentialing is currently in process with United Healthcare/Optum and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am maintaining a waitlist for these plans.
I also provide self-pay and superbills, upon request.
I offer a brief 15 minute consultation for new clients who want to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit before getting started.
