What To Expect From Therapy

Some sessions may focus on processing a recent challenge or difficult emotion. Others might be more practical, where we develop strategies, practice new skills, or prepare for conversations and situations outside of therapy. As we work together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself while building tools that help you navigate life’s challenges with more confidence.

All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth for clients located in Arizona.

Private pay, out-of-network billing, and superbills available upon request.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer questions and ensure it feels like a good fit.
